Redundant Backups
Daily backups of entire client’s system on a redundant storage, done and kept for the last 7 days. First 1000 GB free of charge, each GB above costs 0.02 EUR.
System and Service Availability
Refers to ability of a customer, and user or software, to access the supported services or the whole system. The availability is measured in percentage [0 -100%] and signifies the relative time the services have been available. The calculation is done monthly for each billing cycle and is based on 30.5 days. Examples:
